SOS did an amazing job. I think when you are spending your money, you have some expectations that can be pretty high and SOS met and exceeded them. I ask a lot of questions and they were always quick and detailed to answer. We had some points in the project that options were available and they always clearly explained and every suggestion they made was spot on and our patio looks great. Jeff and Jay led a great job and even the guys working were super kind and left the site clean daily and the end result is more than we could have hoped for. Can’t recommend them enough.

I once worked for a company that strived for “Customer Delight”. The thought was that just to “satisfy” a customer wasn’t enough. A “delighted” customer would spread the word and would come back. Well, I’ve been delighted by the job that Jeff and his team did on our screened porch addition.
