2-3 Man Carpentry Crew
Superior Outdoor Spaces is looking to hire a 2-3 man carpentry crew for subcontracted work.
Requirements:
- Wooden decks, composite decks, roof additions & more
- Communicate with Operations Manager & Project Manager to accomplish projects as efficiently as possible
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation to travel all over NC Triad area for work
- Provide your own tools
- Assist with material lists at times
Vinyl Siding/Metal Work/Gutters/Roofing Crew
Requirements:
- Looking for sub-contractor that is able to install vinyl porch ceilings, vinyl soffit, metal fascia, gutters, and shingles
- Must own all your own tools including metal brake
- Preferably 2-4 man crew
- Be willing to travel anywhere within NC Triad
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must have Liability Insurance and Workers Comp Insurance
- Ability to draft a material list to Project Manager
- Communication skills a high priority
- Must be able to provide pics of recent work
- Ability to meet deadlines set forth by Project Manager
- Must be willing to work well with other trades on the job (electrician, carpenter, roofer, etc…)
- Ability to follow direction and deliver the design that the customer signed up for while meeting high quality expectations from both Project Manager and customer
